Senior Solution Specialist

Job Description:

Younium is the subscription management hub for B2B companies to streamline subscription management, invoicing/billing, financial reporting, and data insights. Enabling growing businesses to have full control of subscriptions, more easily implement scalable processes, and harness more accurate metrics – meaning they spend less time on manual administration and never miss an opportunity to secure revenue.

SUPPORTING THE GROWTH OF B2B SUBSCRIPTION COMPANIES

More and more businesses are starting to understand the benefits of recurring revenue with a subscription-based business model, leading to predictable revenue, scalability, and improved customer relationships. However, as a subscription business grows, its readiness to scale is often low. Younium was founded because of the demand in the market for a robust cloud app for B2B companies to handle advanced B2B subscriptions and in turn manage the financial operations and reporting.

Why are you important to us in this role?

We are looking for a Senior Solutions Specialist to join our team and help us continue to deliver exceptional results for our customers. The ideal candidate has a consulting, technical implementation, or solutions engineering background. This role is for our office based in Stockholm or Amsterdam.

What you will do:

  • Onboard and roll out Younium to new customers
  • Ensure customer engagement by leading workshops
  • Build and configure optimal solutions tailored to each customer
  • Educate and support customers on the best utilization of our products and services
  • Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge about our application and industry benchmark
  • Learn about our customers and their needs to provide feedback to our product team for future development
  • Be a part of a transparent organization by escalating issues, reporting, and sharing work internally
  • Contribute to the continuous development of our products and services by coordinating with sales, marketing, and product development

Who are you?

While we believe people with drive and curiosity can learn swiftly, checking the below boxes will be advantageous and give you a good head-start in this role:

  • 5+ years of experience in Software/SaaS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are beneficial
  • Experience as a technical project manager, consultant, or solutions architect
  • Familiar with finance, bookkeeping, and billing & admin processes
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to individuals in various roles, both technical and non-technical
