With our strong growth agenda, Go North is searching for a driven, analytical, performance marketing expert to join our Go North as the Senior Performance Amazon PPC Lead for our PPC-department.
In this position you will Go and:
Have the overall responsibility for our PPC-performance and its effects on both topline and bottom-line. Drive and set the strategy for our Amazon marketing activities, lead, and coach a team of 4 PPC specialists, and spearhead strategic initiatives, targets and KPIs to enhance sales and profitability. You will have the responsibilities of:
- Overall responsibility for PPC ad spend, ad sales, ACoS% for our 34 brands. Monitor daily KPIs, profit margins, and spending across brands, managing growth forecasts.
- Oversee Amazon marketing activities, including how we work with campaigns, ad groups, targets, content & communication.
- Set a strategy how to automize bid strategy and dayparting based on KPIs such as ACoS, CR% or stock availability.
- Lead strategic discussions and audits to create growth roadmaps for brand accounts.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis for campaign optimization. Analyze data to derive actionable insights, improving campaign performance and conversion rates.
- Manage a team of 4 PPC specialists, providing guidance and support for how to reach our KPIs and targets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align PPC strategies with business goals.
- Stay updated on Amazon PPC trends and best practices, sharing knowledge within the team.
- Ensure compliance with Amazon’s advertising policies and guidelines.

We are looking for a person with the following skills:
- Minimum 5 years of Amazon Advertising including Amazon DSP and Amazon Sponsored Ads, and practical familiarity with Amazon SEO or international e-commerce
- Meriting if you have experience within performance marketing and Google SEM/SEO.
- Ambitious, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong background in performance and growth marketing.
- Strategic + hands on experience is required
- Fast learner, adept at analytical thinking, and a team player.
- Test-and-learn approach to continually evolve and optimize the growth marketing mix.
- Highly analytical with proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
- Driven, competitive, and solution oriented.
- Experience leading international and remote teams.
- Demonstrated track record of KPI responsibility.
This is a permanent position, reporting directly to the CCO and leadership team. Our headquarters is in the heart of Gothenburg, Sweden, but we offer flexible working hours and a remote workplace. Traveling to Gothenburg will be required at least once every month. We are a flexible workplace, like-minded colleagues and have some pretty cool benefits.
