Your Mission 

We’re searching for a Senior Marketing Automation Specialist to join our Group Marketing team, and we are looking for someone who’s not just skilled, but downright passionate about turning clicks into conversions.

Core Responsibilities 

  • HubSpot Mastery: Serve as our resident HubSpot expert, owning the configuration, optimization, and maintenance of our HubSpot Marketing automation platform.
  • Workflow Development: Design and implement automated workflows within HubSpot to automate the customer journey and streamline marketing processes, from lead capture and segmentation to lead nurturing and conversion.
  • Customer journeys: Develop personalised customer journeys tailored to different buyer personas, lifecycle stages, and engagement levels.
  • Lead Nurturing and Scoring: Develop and execute lead nurturing strategies to guide prospects through the buyer’s journey and drive conversions. Implement lead scoring models to prioritize leads based on engagement, behavior, and qualification criteria.
  • Email campaigns: create, optimize, and manage email campaigns within HubSpot, from campaign setup and audience segmentation
  • Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance and impact of digital programs using HubSpot’s reporting and analytics tools.


Required Qualifications  

  • Extensive experience in marketing automation (preferably 5+ years).
  • HubSpot Certification(s) required, with demonstrated proficiency in HubSpot Marketing Hub and CRM functionality and capabilities.
  • Proven track record of excelling at activation and retention in a SaaS setting.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrable skills in system integration, data management, and ensuring data quality.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and ROI.


Preferred Qualifications  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Strong technical aptitude and knowledge of CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders and work effectively across teams and departments.
  • Experience in in-app user activation would be a huge advantage
  • Strong problem-solving skills

 

Start date: As soon as possible / Approximately by 01.07.2024

Duration: Full time

Workplace type: Hybrid remote

Location: Netherlands, Utrecht – or any location in close proximity to one of Mercell’s main office locations: Helsinki, Copenhagen, Stockholm, Oslo.
