Inify Laboratories is a fully digital histopathology laboratory. We provide AI-powered diagnostic services within selected cancer types, currently for prostate cancer.

General Description
The role supports the Marketing and Sales organization by coordinating and assisting in the company’s sales and marketing activities, both in our own channels as well as with our customers.
The role reports to the Sales & Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities
Sales
- Create and update sales material to support the sales teams and customers
- Support the collaboration with Sales and help drive business
- Organize site visits
- Scheduling and planning quarterly update meetings with customers
- Keeping the CRM up to date
- Administration within sales & marketing
Marketing
- Executing and following up on market plans, campaigns and activities
- Collaborate with PR bureau to generate material
- Keeping the digital communication channels up to date, e.g.with events and news:o Web pageo LinkedIn
- Manage the practical aspects of congresses and trade showso Logisticso Booth setupo Following up leads
- Project Managing newsletters
Background
- Some years of experience with marketing, PR and communications
- Relevant academic education, which could be within engineering, biomedical sciences or marketing and communication
Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English(written and verbal)
- Curiosity and ability to understand Inify’s offering
- Ability to communicate both internally, with the lab and engineering team, as well as externally with healthcare professionals on all levels
- Creative, Ambitious, Helpful and Autonomous
- Attention to detail
- Organized and structured
- Proactive and not afraid to take own initiatives and make sure things happen
- Knowledge within work within social and digital channels
- Knowledge of how to work in CRM, as administrator is a plus
Location
The location is preferably Stockholm, but it is also possible to work remotely with 2-3 monthly visits to Stockholm.
