Our client – an agricultural company currently expanding across the EU, specializes in grain production, egg farming, and milk processing and transforms these agricultural products into a wide range of consumables for both humans and animals. As the company expands into the European market, we’re seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive growth and foster B2B relationships with FMCG companies, food producers, and other potential clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to effectively penetrate the market in Sweden
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including FMCG companies, food producers, and distributors.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Leverage your autonomy to make strategic decisions and achieve sales targets.
  • Work remotely, enjoying flexibility and independence.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the agricultural or food industry.
  • Network of contacts within the industry.
  • Ambition, drive, and a hunger for success.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
