So what is the role about?

In this role, you will play a big part in our international expansion. Since Winningtemp started, we have succeeded in our current markets (Sweden, Norway and UK) with great results. But we won’t stop there, we want to go above and beyond, and break into new territories. And we want you to be a part of that!
As a Sales Development Representative International (or SDR as we say internally) you are an essential part of our international expansion!

Areas of responsibilities;

  • Respond to inbound inquiries from potential customers, qualifying them and moving them forward in the sales funnel to our Account Managers
  • Connect with potential customers through cold outreach, matching their needs to our product offer via outbound activity (LinkedIn, phone, email, etc.)
  • Work with sales sequences

    You will be a part of the new Sales International team. Since we are now focusing on our international expansion, this team is newly formated. For now, the team is led by our CRO, Fredrik. You will be the first SDR in this team, and you will have three colleagues in the team; two Account Managers (recruited as we speak) and our Head of Market Entry, Jonas. Jonas has sold Winningtemp for many years, what he doesnt know about sales at Winningtemp is not worth knowing Jonas will be your teamlead and he will make sure you have everything you need to create success in your role. 
    Of course, you will have the possibility to learn a lot from our Sales teams in Sweden and in Norway.

    You are unhindered verbally and written , in English.
    A big plus
    is if you speak and write Dutch, Finnish and/or German.
    The position is offered in Gothenburg or Stockholm. 

    You have at least one year proven experience  from a similar role, especially experience from working with sales sequences.
