Spacewell is hiring a motivated Business Sales Agent in Sweden (Knivsta-Uppsala). You will be in charge of the sales with a diverse audience which can range from corporate offices to schools and hospitals. You work closely with our clients to create mutual understanding. As a result, you are able to determine which solution fits best with their needs.

A day on the job

  • 9.00 AM: You log on to your laptop and you reply to the requests of your clients. One requests a demo session of our solutions. The other has some further questions on an offer and potential price reductions.
  • 10.00 AM: You have a client meeting per Teams, together with your pre-sales colleagues, to finetune and validate the requirements analysis you did last week.
  • 10.45 AM: Much deserved coffee break!
  • 11.00 AM: Your colleagues from logistics have reached out, as they are planning the transport of the sensors that will be implemented at your client in two weeks. You validate the schedule and communicate with the client.
  • Noon: Lunch time!
  • 1 PM: You hit the road as you have a first meeting with a new client, on site.
  • 14:30 PM: You’re excited to understand the issues the client is running into, and to verify whether we could help them.
  • 4 PM: That went well! You have scheduled a follow-up meeting and you’re ready to head back home. You finish the day with a social call to your colleague Camilla.

You will report to Carlo Van Der Steen, our SVP Direct Sales. He has been with the company since 2007 and he is the founding father of our Swedish office. Your future colleagues describe him as fair, helpful result oriented and someone that gives you the freedom you need. The rest of the team in Sweden is made up of your direct sales colleagues, business development and pre-sales. Working closely together as a joint sales machine, not hesitant to help each other. This is extended with the remote teams in Sales enablement and marketing always ready to support you in your sales activities after a first onboarding at our headquarters.

Could this be you?

  • You have approximately 3 years of sales experience within a SaaS (Software as a Service) context.
  • You love technology and thrive in a fast-changing environment.
  • You are a true team player and understand that by working together you can make a change.
  • Problem-solving is what motivates you. People would describe you as an enthusiastic, positive, driven and creative sales agent.
  • You love working in an international context and be open to travel for work throughout the Nordics, to meet clients.
  • You speak fluently Swedish and English. Other Nordic languages are a plus!
  • You’re not “just a sales person”. You are responsible for the change you bring to your clients. Our solutions impact the daily work of their employees. Moreover, you help drive climate goals to save the planet.
  • You’re willing to learn, as the world never stops moving. You try to adapt our solutions as much as possible to the needs in the market. Not only about our solutions but also about commercial approach. Self-reflection is the first step to success.
