Description and tasks

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for sales and customer relations? Join our dynamic team at Bulten, where innovation, sustainability and dedication define our success to be among the biggest global providers of high-quality fasteners.

We are seeking a Sales Administrator to play a key role in the business management towards our key customers.

Your responsibilities will include the review, and processing of evaluations and statistics within the sales process, as well as the strategic preparation of forecasts and budgets in collaboration with the Key Account Managers (KAM). Additionally, you will be instrumental in the review of contracts and orders, including annual recurring cost changes and market developments.

The position is located at Bulten’s newly expanded and modern headquarter in Högsbo, Gothenburg and you will report to the Key Account Manager.

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Direct contact with customer
  • Overall result for your customer
  • Request and quotation handling, RFQ
  • Customer orders
  • Customer development / Customer satisfaction / Customer activities / Customer visits
  • Conduct sales activities according to vision, business concept, strategies, policies and goals
  • Work with business development/added value, to create long-term relationships with our partners
  • Develop and cultivate current business

Candidate Profile

Candidate Profile

  • Sales and/or engineering education
  • 3 years working experience in sales and/or engineering
  • Effective communication/good communication skills
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft office, especially Excel
  • Handling challenges in good way, focusing at the solution not on the problem
  • Service oriented
  • Meritorious with experience from the fastener industry
  • Advanced English and Swedish language level: fluent and correct in all relevant business situations, both in written and spoken
