Om rollen:

Join our team as a Sales Account Manager in the Industrial Water Treatment business unit. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual who can build strong relationships, drive business growth, and offer exceptional technical support. This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment that values diversity and professional development.

As a Sales Account Manager, you will work from home, and your main day-to-day duties will include:

– Build relationships: Build and maintain strong connections with existing and potential customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions.

– Promote growth: Drive sustainable and profitable growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding our market presence.

– Technical support: Offer comprehensive technical support to customers and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

– Market research: Conducting thorough market research and analyzing trends to stay ahead of industry developments.

– Project Management: Develop and manage project schedules to ensure that projects are completed on time and successfully.

– Trade show participation: Represent the company at local and international exhibitions and showcase our products and services.

About you:

– Educational background: Holds a degree in chemical, mechanical, or industrial/technical engineering (preferred).

– Experience: Experience in sales of water treatment chemicals or related fields is preferred but not required.

– Language skills: Fluent in Swedish and English (spoken and written).

– Travel flexibility: Willing to travel; A valid driver’s license is required.

– Skills: Strong coordination and communication skills, proactive, creative, and problem-solving-oriented.

– Qualities: Positive attitude, open-minded, dynamic, team-oriented, and enthusiastic about taking initiatives with effective negotiation skills.
