Role Overview:

At General Motors (GM), we’re committed to delivering unparalleled service experiences to our customers across Europe. We’re seeking a Regional Aftersales Lead (RAL) to spearhead our efforts in Sweden. This is a full remote position with extensive travel across Sweden and Norway.

As the Regional Aftersales Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of automotive service in Europe. Your responsibilities will range from nurturing relationships with service partners to ensuring top-notch customer experiences throughout their ownership journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Forge strong partnerships with service partners to promote GM brands and enhance operational efficiency.

  • Champion a customer-first mindset by leveraging insights to drive excellence in ownership and support experiences.

  • Define and maintain quality standards to deliver premium customer experiences.

  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to influence quality and customer satisfaction.

  • Drive outcomes by articulating clear objectives and collaborating cross-functionally to achieve them.

  • Demonstrate business acumen by adapting strategic plans to evolving market dynamics.

  • Analyze complex data to identify opportunities for improvement and drive informed decision-making.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive field sales or aftersales roles.

  • Flexibility and agility in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Passion for the automotive industry.

  • Ability to consolidate disparate information into actionable insights.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Native proficiency in Swedish and Norwegian, with fluency in English.

  • Valid driving license.

Preferred Skills:

  • Customer focus and ability to gather insights to prioritize product features and processes.

  • Cross-functional collaboration skills and comfort with ambiguity.

  • Organizational and learning agility to influence external partners towards quality excellence.

  • Business and technical acumen.

  • P roficiency in creating presentations, procedures, and documents.

  • Knowledge of direct-to-consumer (D2C) business models.
