Job Description:

Jefferson Wells is seeking multiple consultants for the role of project manager for our client within the energy sector in Ludvika. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for the successful execution and delivery of assigned projects within time, budget, and with a focus on quality and safety. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting projects and tenders for the System Design team, managing scope, budget, and schedule while ensuring quality requirements are met.
  • Being proactive and applying your project management and analytical skills.
  • Collaborating with other departments within the organization, representing your System Design team in project and tender meetings and discussions.
  • Participating in technical design reviews and technical problem-solving.
  • Responsible for the technical coordination of System Design deliveries as well as managing risks and identifying opportunities to reduce time and cost while ensuring quality requirements are met.

Requirements:

  • You hold a master’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering, electrical/mechanical/manufacturing engineering or material science.
  • Experience in research and development project/program management required.
  • Flexible leader who enjoys problem-solving and working in a structured way.
  • Enjoy working in diverse and multicultural teams and sharing experiences and knowledge, good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated skills for attention to detail and passion for quality.
  • Strong expertise in data analysis/statistical methods and reliability engineering, Six-Sigma N Blackbelt is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English, additional language skills are a plus.
  • Experience in leading audit and certification programs is an advantage.
