Dina arbetsuppgifternnOur client is currently in need of three Project Administrators. The client works in the wind industry. The Project Administration Team assists with administrative tasks for various projects within the Offshore Wind portfolio, including those related to Construction, Market Development, Product lines, and Operations & Maintenance Projects.nnYou will be assigned to certain projects where you will carry out your duties every day, reporting to either the Project Management Officer or Programme Director. You will adhere to project governance processes and standards to ensure that the administrative tasks in the project are executed smoothly and punctually.nnIn addition to being a member of the Project Administration Team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to enhancing the processes, standards, and templates. This includes sharing and implementing best practices. We welcome individuals at all levels of seniority, from junior to senior, and also value experience from other administrative roles.nnJob Assignmentsnn• Managing meetings, events, and scheduling appointmentsn• Recording minutes and actionsn• Creating and organizing reports, presentations, and project filesn• Adding or removing project team members during the project's start/endn• Keeping distribution lists and organization charts up to daten• Managing access rights and overseeing the Sharepoint siten• Communication within the project teamn• Handling purchase requests, purchase orders, and contractsn• Overseeing the approval process for invoicesn• Saving and distributing project paperworkn• Interacting and discussing with important individuals involved in the Offshore Projects, Procurement, Commercial, Finance, and ITn• Providing guidance and assistance to fresh projects and members of project teamsn• Actively participating in enhancing templates and procedures, and discovering methods to enhance productivitynnRequirementsnn-tProficient in utilizing various Microsoft Office applications such as Teams, Powerpoint, Excel, Word, and Sharepointn-tAdvanced business skills in SAP finance and procurement n-tFluent and professional English for business purposesn-tThorough comprehension of procedures, standards, and templatesn-tStrong ability to effectively communicate and interact with othersn-tProficiency in stakeholder management n-tFamiliarity with complex construction projects n-tPrior experience in project settings, preferably in the wind or construction sectorsnnPersonal skillsnn-tHaving a mindset focused on providing excellent service and maintaining a positive attituden-tTaking initiative and being motivated to work independentlyn-tHaving a strong interest and enthusiasm for administrative tasks, financial matters, and processesn-tCapable of efficiently handling and prioritizing numerous tasks in a high-speed settingn-tCollaborative team member, yet also proficient at working autonomouslyn-tFocused on finding solutions and skilled at analyzing situationsn-tMethodical and dedicated to delivering work of high standardsn-tStructured and quality mindsetnnnTillträde och ansökannStart date: 2023-10-01nEnd date: 2024-12-31nDeadline: 2023-09-18nLocation: Solna.
