The position

As a Product Owner in Integration R&D, you will work with several of Cambio’s integration products. You will manage and prioritize the development and improvement backlog. You will communicate with stakeholders for the product and ensure there is a product vision aligned with Cambio’s overall vision. This work is carried out in collaboration with Cambio’s product organization and one or more of our agile development teams in Sweden and Sri Lanka.

Within Integration R&D, we are involved in many exciting initiatives to enable various stakeholders in the healthcare chain to securely exchange information with our electronic health record system Cosmic. The integrations allow, for instance, patients to read their medical records online or book an appointment via a web-based scheduling system. We also facilitate healthcare personnel at hospitals to exchange information with ambulance systems or manage electronic sick leave certificates directly within the health record system.

About you
You enjoy leading, are analytical, and have strong communication skills where you can handle both internal and external product communication. You are structured and can balance “here and now” tasks with more long-term strategic work. You are a driven, enthusiastic person, and you take the opportunity to shape your work based on your strengths.


  • A university degree in computer science, medical informatics, or equivalent
  • Experience in product development within the software industry
  • Experience working with agile methods
  • Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing

It’s a bonus if you

  • Practical experience as a product owner
  • Experience in healthcare and/or healthcare processes
  • Experience in integration development

Place of employment: Stockholm or Linköping

Scope: Full time

Form of employment: Permanent employment, 6 months trial period
