MOVE the future with us.nnThe positionnToyota Material Handling Europe is now expanding our R&D team with a Product Norm Specialist. In this role you will work with ensuring that our products comply with the latest norms and navigate the ever-evolving landscape of digital policy. You will play a key role in advocating for the companys interests as new digital regulations are developed.nnYour Responsibilitiesnn * Represent R&D in different groups & forumsn * Be a part of shaping digital policy and product security discussions within Toyota standars and industry associations.n * Monitor new and changed product digital requirements (regulations/norms) and assess its impact on products.n * Support the organization with expert knowledge about product requirements and other relevant norms connected to digital regulations.n * Develop and maintain tools and procedures needed to guarantee product compliance in collaboration with other relevant departments.n * Coordinating R&D activities to fulfil the relevant requirements, guaranteeing the correct information management (also for other similar regulations).nnYour profilenn * Experience from a similair rolen * High knowledge of digital regulations and norms.n * Good knowledge in safety of mobile machines, relevant systems and infrastructure.n * Proficiency in product software, telematics, robotics and systems engineering.n * Analytical approah, who works in a structured and methodical way.n * Team oriented with the ability to build working relationships and consensusn * Bachelors degree or equivalent in engineering, system science or law is required.n * Fluency in both English and Swedish written and spoken.nnOur Offer nIn a rapidly growing high-tech industry in fast transformation, Toyota Material Handling is stable, global, and influential.
