The position
Cambio’s portfolio manager works with Cambio’s overall product portfolio, including all products and services sold by Cambio.
The responsibility includes to maximize customer and Cambio value out of the portfolio, ensure the related product and service strategies, to be integral in the development of a Cambio portfolio roadmap, which includes consolidating the different products and services roadmaps into one overall roadmap as well as coordinating the different portfolio related processes. The role also includes driving transformation initiatives across Cambio.

About you
To be able to feel comfortable in this position, we believe you have a consulting background that has given you experience across various contexts, including experience in strategy development, business analysis, and crafting business cases. Additionally, you should be comfortable driving change and interacting with stakeholders at all levels of a company.
Requirements
- Experience from product and portfolio management
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and a pragmatic mindset
- Leadership skills and experience from informal leadership situations
- Ability to work both with strategic and operational topics
- Experience from leading larger programs or projects
- Business oriented with a knowledge of P&L
- Fluency in spoken and written Swedish and English
- MSc University degree, preferably in business, engineering and/or economics
It’s a bonus if you
- Have E-health experience
- Have international experience
Place of employment: Stockholm, Linköping

Scope: Full time
Form of employment: Permanent employment, 6 months trial period
