People Technology Director

Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for a PeopleTech Director who will play a crucial role in leading our HR technology initiatives.
You will lead a growth journey, by steering the strategic alignment and enhancement of our HCM system to boost organizational efficiency and workforce management, where Workday is the main platform.
Key responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy Implementation: Lead a team of 6 Workday professionals, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation. Develop and execute a comprehensive PeopleTech strategy that integrates seamlessly with our human resources and business goals.
  • System Optimization: Oversee the management and ongoing optimization of our Workday PeopleTech (HRIS) to ensure it meets the evolving needs of the organization. This includes system upgrades, integrations, and process refinements.
  • Data Management and Analytics: Utilize Workday data to generate insightful analytics that support decision-making and strategy development across the company. Ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant data protection regulations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to ensure our Workday strategy and support model is aligned with organizational needs and objectives to ensure smooth and efficient communication and project delivery. Manage relationships with software vendors, consultants, and service providers.
  • Change Management: Lead initiatives related to Workday processes, ensuring high adoption and minimal disruption. Develop training programs and documentation to enhance user competence and system utilization.
You are reporting to Oscar Lagerkranz, VP Total Reward & People Technology, Based at our headquarter in Kista, Stockholm, You´ll have the option to work hybrid, your team also operates in a hybrid work model from various locations.
Skills and qualifications
Success in this role requires excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of managing and inspiring a partly remote team. We´re seeking someone with ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects in a global matrix organization. We believe you have several years of experience in a similar role and have worked in large, complex and international organizations before. Additionally, you are a strong communicator in English and preferable in Swedish.
