Welcome to BSH Northern Europe in Solna, Sweden as our new Payroll coordinator/ Administartor.n If you are passionate about payroll operations and controls, outsourced vendor management and high customer satisfaction, then join us and become part of a team of experienced HR experts!  n n Your responsibilitiesnnn• Secure and coordinate payroll delivery to all Baltic and Nordic countriesn• Manage, structure and improve the delivery of our payroll providers n• Respond, investigate and support employee request around their salaries, time and attendancen• Maintain and secure correct employee and payroll datan• Initiate and lead improvement projects related to payroll, taxation, time and absence.n• Proactively communicate and collaborate close with your team, vendors and other functions, especially Comp & Ben funtion, our Finance department and KPMGn• Keeping up to date with current legislation changesn• Ensure all policies and information is updated and correct on our Intranetnn Education & experiencennn• University degree and/or other relevant certification or experience of Payroll /HR data administrationn• Senior experience of payroll (5 years +) from two or more of the Nordic countriesn• Good experience of outsourced payroll across several countries if possiblen• Good experience of vendor managementn• Good experience of benefit taxation and big interest of developing compensation and benefits knowledge and responsibilitiesn• Experience and interest in driving process and system improvementn• Good understanding and experience of  Payroll / HR operations and Time & attendance systemsn• Good knowledge and insight of working with various collective agreementsn• Fluent in English and one of the Nordic languages Swedish, Danish or Norwegiann• Experience from working in an international organizationn• Experience and high knowledge of Exceln• Experience from operational leadership is a meritn• Knowledge of Sympa and Flex-HRM is a meritnn Skillsnnn• Focused with the ability to deliver high quality services on timen• Flexible and good time managementn• Good cooperation skills and a positive team playern• Proactive and interest of improving processes and proceduresn• Willingness to adapt and learnn• Good communicatornn We offer younnn• Possibility to partly work from home, 50/50n• Multicultural working environmentn• Friendly and supportive colleaguesn• Growth and development opportunitiesn• Competitive compensation and benefits packagennWe have Collective agreements with TeknikföretagennnApply now and join #teamBSH!n Selection will be done on a running basis and we therefore expect your application as soon as possible. n For more information, you are welcome to contact recruiting manager Kristina Håkansson, [email protected]
