The job
As a coach at Mullvad, your role is one of support, facilitation, and leadership, empowering teams and individuals to deliver value collaboratively and adaptively. Operating as a servant leader, you cultivate collaborative, self-organizing environments within teams. You guide leaders and teams toward effectiveness while facilitating smooth, efficient workflows through your coaching. Central to your approach is instilling a culture of continuous learning, adaptability, and high-performance teams.

You

• Proven experience of fostering the development of cohesive, highly effective teams.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to navigate challenging situations, including conflict management.
• Passionate about enabling others to excel in their roles.
• Value-driven, prioritizing outcomes over output and adopting a customer-centric approach.
• Proficient in coaching and mentoring, adept at collaboratively creating solutions or independently completing tasks as needed.
• Able to foster a collaborative and positive work environment, not only within teams but also across departments.
• Emphasis on experimentation, learning, and adaptability rather than rigid adherence to specific frameworks.

Note: This is a full-time on-site contractor position. We are flexible to remote work. However, we expect candidates to work from our great office in the center of Gothenburg most days of the week.
