As a Nordic Speaking Customer Service representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to Nordic-speaking customers. This includes assisting with customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through various communication channels.

Responsibilities

• Assist Nordic-speaking customers with their inquiries and provide effective solutions
• Deliver excellent customer service through phone, email, and chat

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction targets
• Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and policies

Requirements

• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English, both written and spoken
• Prior experience in customer service is advantageous
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and empathy towards customers
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional customer service
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
• Willingness to relocate and work in Greece
• Valid European Passport or ID
