As a Marketing Manager at Kappahl you will be a keyperson in developing and execute marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets and pushing our brand forward.

Your profile
We believe that you are an expert in creating seamless brand experiences from a 360-perspective. You are an inspiring and ambitious leader with the ability to motivate your ambitious team to reach their goals. Except a relevant post-secondary education, in marketing and communication, you also have extensive experiences from being in a leading position in a marketing department or agency. You are at your best working in cross-functional teams, including commercial team, design, assortment, and e-commerce, to ensure seamless integration of marketing initiatives.

You have a heart for sustainable customer offers and have experience building a strong, responsible, and profitable brand. You know how to convert facts about the customer into an attractive offer and have a great interest in trends and monitoring the world around you. You can think conceptually and business-wise and see opportunities in everything you tackle. You thrive best in a changing environment.
