Within this context, a key pillar is the dialog with payers and decision-making stakeholders throughout the healthcare system in order to increase their understanding of the special requirements of CNS disorders.About the role:We are looking for a Market Access Manager (m/f/d) to join our Scandinavian organization and play a pivotal role in ensuring successful product launches and continued availability of our existing products in Sweden. The position is home office based. The candidate will work closely with the Scandinavian team. Residence, preferably in Stockholm / Uppsala, Gothenburg or Malmø area.As Market Access Manager you should: Map and build relationships with key stakeholders in the Swedish market Detect opportunities and follow up with sales Monitor changes in the pharmaceutical environment (including committees, associations, tender requirements and conditions within health insurances, pharmacies and wholesalers) Develop strategies to ensure that pricing & reimbursement challenges are proactively addressed Prepare and execute activity plans for prioritized portfolio brands Prepare launch plans for new products Prepare business cases for tenders based on revenue & profitability and manage those through online portals Support our Business Development team in Hamburg while evaluating new products and indications and draft market access & pricing assumptions Close collaboration throughout the internal matrix organization and with external stakeholders Ensure good corporate governance is maintained at all times Professional Skills: Extensive knowledge of the Swedish Health Care System Knowledge of market access and ability to creatively overcome hurdles Experience in Central Nervous System (CNS) therapy area desirable but not essential Experience of tendering and understanding of commercial retail business Familiarity with sales controlling tools and performance indicators General Skills: Analytical excellence and hands-on mentality Excellent communication skills Results-orientation & strong business acumen Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset Ability to work independently with a genuine desire to succeed together with your colleagues Your Qualification Profiles: Preferably Master's degree in Business Administration, Health Economics, Public Health or other relevant qualification profiles Robust understanding of market access, pricing / reimbursement and tender environment Minimum 5 years of experience working in the Swedish pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry Bilingual (Swedish, English) Driver license If you haveany questions, please contact:Kåre Opland – mobile: +47 970 56 357, e-post: [email protected] Haugum – mobile: +47 928 81 119, e-post: [email protected] not hesitate to contact us or submit your application via the link, as we evaluate candidates on an ongoing basis.Rekruteria is a recruitment company with highly skilled and experienced partners.
