Mission brief:

You’ll bring your expertise in understanding the target audience and use that to help with the final polish of Life Simulation game.

Know-how to balance the features and content to a coherent fun and rewarding game experience is key – you’ll work closely with the game director to ensure a memorable gameplay experience.

Your player profile:

  • You are a senior game designer with experience in a lead role and have at least 5 years of experience from design roles working in the computer games industry
  • Experience in developing and publishing games in the life simulation genre (think Sims, Paralives, Tiny Life)
  • You are a communicative lead who is used to working with fully remote, senior, teams


Being humble, collaborative, and open-minded will take you a long way and is a good foundation, even if we do understand that you possess a lot more personal attributes.
