What you will do

We want to develop the best service with our partners, in a scalable manner. This is where you come in! You will take care of the full cycle, initiate first contact, build relationships with potential and existing partners, and grow these partnerships. Partners can be large distributors, established databases/software tools, etc.

Some examples of what this could entail:

  • Initiating new partnerships and work closely with them to create the best possible partnership for both of the companies
  • Demonstrate our products and offerings, understand our partners wants and needs to take the contract negotiation from start to finish
  • Work with internal peers and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of technical integrations and overall agreed cooperation activities
  • Ensure that all administration tasks are completed and targets are met – Project plans, CRM system, customer records etc.
  • Increase and maintain overall knowledge of the sustainability aspects of the construction industry and continue to build your product knowledge
  • Build strong and lasting relationships and be the main point of contact for our existing partners and support them
  • Setting the way of working with our partners and growing that part of our business

You will do great in this role if…

  • Customer-centric with a commercial mindset, focused on finding the best solutions for our partners & potential partners
  • Key Account Management skills (selling skills towards important actors)
  • Positive attitude and resourceful, ability to prioritize and plan your time
  • Independent and result driven to achieve revenue and profit targets
  • A natural project leader with extensive project management experience from larger companies
  • Experience of working within the construction industry or knowledge in the field of sustainability, especially related to the construction industry is a merit
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Swedish

Practicalities

The person we are looking for is someone who is located either in Stockholm or southern Sweden. Our office is located in Ängelholm as well as Malmö, if you are located in Stockholm you will mainly work remotely, but your onboarding includes visits to our offices. You will have colleagues all over the world but your closest colleagues will be located in Sweden.
