About The Role

If you are enthusiastic about coordinating and leading creative projects while optimizing production processes, the role of Junior Project Lead at Rugvista could be the perfect fit for you. In this role, you will support the Creative Inhouse Manager in enhancing the efficiency of still and moving image productions, working closely with the marketing department and other stakeholders on cross-functional projects.

How You Make an Impact

Production Coordination:

• Oversee logistics before and during in-house productions, including ordering and transporting Rugvista products, coordinating and assisting during shoots, and managing production expenses.
• Scout and book models and locations, and support the Art Director with coordinating and purchasing props when needed.
• Serve as the main contact person before and during production activities.
• Prepare and compile production information, shot lists, and expense reports.

Project Leadership:

• Independently lead selected projects within the Creative Team by delegating tasks, supervising the process, updating stakeholders, gathering necessary insights, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope and budget.
• Assist the Creative Inhouse Manager in planning and administering tasks related to the Creative Team’s projects.
• Support marketing teams and stakeholders in non-campaign related marketing projects.

• Experience in marketing or project management is a plus.
