We are currently looking for an analytical individual to join us as Junior Investment Associate as part of our Institutional Asset Management team, within our Large Corporates & Financial Institutions (LC&FI) division.
About the job
The Institutional Asset Management team is responsible for the portfolio management of SEBs institutional clients, covering the Nordic as well as the German markets. The team provides client advisory and portfolio management services to some of the largest organizations in Sweden, and as such we pride ourselves with a high level of professionalism and client-first approach.
As Junior Investment Associate you will be part of the client team where you will be supporting some of the largest accounts together with the Investment Director(s). As such, some of your tasks will include, but are not exclusive to:
- Nurture and develop client relationships through an advisory driven approach
- Coordinate clients overall investment needs with relevant internal and external product offering
- Execution of trades and allocations
- Trade entry of alternative investments on demand from client
The role is based in our Kungsträdgården office and reports to the Head of Asset Management Sales.
Who are you?
To succeed in this position you need to have great relationship-building and communication skills, alongside a solid business acumen. You consider yourself to be a highly motivated individual with a good understanding of financial markets and SEBs product offering, and preferably, see yourself pursuing a long-term career within the field of asset management. Furthermore, you:
- Hold a relevant university degree within finance, economics, engineering or similar
- Have relevant work experience from financial markets where you have developed an understanding of financial products, preferably from a client-facing role
- Good understanding of alternative investments
- Previous experience working in Simcorp dimension
- Have a structured and proactive approach to work
- Enjoy working in-, and actively contributes to, a positive and engaging work environment
