What You Will Be Doing:

As the IT Service Manager for Identity & Access Management at Coor you will be responsible for leading the IAM area. Your role will focus on driving continuous improvement, optimization, and innovation within the IT service delivery. This includes managing the overall roadmap, lifecycle management, budget, vendor management, service delivery, and development while ensuring stable and trustworthy IT service operations.

The role involves establishing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, understanding how the technical platform supports the business, enhancing Group IT processes and achieving KPIs/OKRs. Additionally, it requires driving the adoption of an innovative mindset and modernising IAM Services to align with IT and business strategy and achieving significant improvements.


  • Holds an academic degree in a relevant field such as engineering, business, information systems, computer/systems science, or similar.
  • Has at least 2 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and is fluent in Identity protocols such as SAML and Open ID Connect, preferably within the scope of Microsoft technologies.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in project management and leading from budget, scope, and time estimation perspectives.
  • Experience managing security for companies leveraging cloud technologies such as Entra ID and Auth0
  • Experience collaborating with and managing vendors/suppliers/stakeholders.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English.


  • Holds certification as a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and/or Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP).

  • Demonstrates a proven ability to plan, lead, and execute continuous improvements in IT service delivery.
  • Possesses a strong understanding of Identity solutions and their impact on business operations and outcomes.
  • Has experience in product management, including the design of innovative solutions for identity and access management.
  • Has experience in change and demand management.
  • Is proactive and self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
  • Possesses excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and self-leadership abilities.
