IT Analyst to big bank in Stockholm!
We are looking for an IT analyst with a focus on credit risk modeling for a leading bank in central Stockholm. About the role
As an IT analyst, you will be a central part of the bank’s Credit Risk team, where you will be involved in setting up and handling huge data sets that help for model development, validation. You will work closely with business to understand and translate requirements to design IT solutions, and present your solutions using tools such as PowerPoint, SQL, and Confluence.
You will work with UDM, which is a complex Unified Data Model application that involves huge amounts of data with approximately 400 jobs and subsequent tables. The data is used for model development, validation, performance, and model development. In this role, you will gain insight into data flows to visualize and design a suitable solution and gain a good understanding of business functionality. The organization operates with an agile approach, so you will continuously communicate with the development team and business team to translate requirements, change and improve the solution, and perform data analysis.

Work tasks
- Perform data analysis and data modeling using SQL.
- Gather and translate requirements from business partners and design IT solutions.
- Present solutions to various departments and teams, using PowerPoint and Confluence.
We are looking for
- Fluent in English as it is used as a working language.
- Has an academic degree in IT or finance.
- Experience working with data analysis and modeling in SQL.
- Has experience in presenting and designing IT solutions.
- Has a Swedish citizenship or a valid work permit to start the position immediately.
- Proficient in PowerPoint.

It is meritorious if you have
- Knowledge of SAS (Statistical Analysis System)
- Previous experience working in a bank
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Proficiency in speaking and writing one of the Nordic languages: Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish.
- Good knowledge of Confluence
