From researching scientific and industry trends to developing models for assessing companies, your work will be at the core of our mission. Your financial analysis and modelling skills, love for working with data and information and experience of analysing and evaluating business opportunities will be invaluable.

Our fund, with fully commercial return targets, was incubated by the Norrsken Foundation, one of the largest global impact platforms. As a member of our small team in a flat structure, your contributions will have an exponential impact on the results we produce.

Examples of areas of responsibility:

• Conduct industry research and analysis, staying up-to-date with industry trends, news, and technologies to inform investment decisions

• Source and identify leads and opportunities

• Evaluate investment opportunities and creating financial models to help inform decisions

• Develop pipeline material and investment committee materials to discuss, assess and agree on opportunities

• Create in-depth investment analysis and Due Diligence material

• Monitor and track performance of portfolio companies and help with providing regular updates and identifying growth opportunities.

• You have strong communication skills in English (Swedish is not a requirement).
• You hold a degree from a top-tier university.

You have 1-3 years of work experience, with at least some in investment banking, management consulting, venture capital, or private equity.

We encourage you to apply as soon as possible as we review applications on a rolling basis. The role is Stockholm-based with the opportunity to work from home/remotely a couple of days per week. You will need to possess a valid work permit for working legally in the European Union and Sweden.

Compensation: 50-55 tsek monthly salary depending on experience and qualifications plus incentive scheme, insurances, 35 days of vacation and wellness reimbursement.
