As an Instrument Account Manager at Agilent, you play a key commercial role in driving revenue growth by selling Agilent analytical instruments to our customers. This is an account focused role where you will represent Agilent to customers and act as a bridge between the company and its clients during sales activities. You will be responsible for generating existing and/or new sales for assigned territory, industry and/or named accounts. Using your strong interpersonal skills, you will build strong customer relationships at all levels. You will be working as part of a cross-functional, highly motivated team.

Responsibilities include:
Generating new sales opportunities within assigned named accounts, geographic territories, industries, or account lists
Determining and developing approaches to sales assignments to achieve quota/ strategies
Promoting and selling Agilent’s products and solutions to existing and new customers
Keeping customers informed about new product introductions
Creating, monitoring, and revising lead generation plans
Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant field
Proficient in Swedish and English
A proven track record in analytical instrument sales is preferred
Preferably based in the Stockholm/Uppsala region, with occasional overnight stays (max. 3 per month)

Ability to determine and develop effective sales approaches to achieve quotas and strategies
Experience of leading projects that involve coordination with other functions and organizations

Ability to meet deadlines
Experience in arranging seminars and conduct presentations
