Are you a dynamic professional with a talent for building B2B partnerships and business opportunities? Hyper Island seeks an Industry Client Partner to bridge our educational programs with the evolving needs of various industries. This role, based in Stockholm, offers a hybrid work environment, blending remote flexibility with essential in-person collaboration.

The Industry Client Partner at Hyper Island embodies the critical intersection where education meets industry, ensuring a seamless integration of the real-world into the learning experience. Through strategic networking, they establish and nurture connections with industry experts, future employers of our students, peer-learning clients and sponsors, directly influencing the curriculum to reflect current industry challenges and opportunities. Their responsibilities extend from developing sales strategies for peer-learning clients and sponsorships to supporting the Casting and Business Analyst Manager with suitable connections for casting, ensuring students graduate ‘real world ready’.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage sales strategies for B2B partnerships and sponsorships to meet sales targets.

  • Foster relationships with industry partners to provide real-world learning experiences and case studies for students.

  • Serve as a liaison between industry partners and Hyper Island’s educational teams

  • Oversee the selection, engagement, and execution of industry partnerships.

  • Ensure industry contributions effectively enhance the learning experience.

Who are we looking for?

  • Strong sales acumen with a successful track record in securing B2B partnerships and sponsorships.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Proven networking abilities with substantial industry contacts.

  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

  • Proficiency in both English and Swedish.

  • Empathetic and creative

Plus would be if you also have

    • Experience in coaching and/or facilitation

    • Experience in working with CRM (preferably Hubspot)

    • A proactive approach to exploring and integrating emerging technologies, such as generative AI, to enhance educational quality and learning design.

Form of Contract

This hybrid role offers the flexibility, while expecting regular in-person engagement at our office in Stockholm to maintain our agile work culture, emphasising essential face-to-face interactions according to the agile principles. Alongside the balance between remote work freedom and dynamic on-site collaboration, this position includes occasional travel to different campuses and industry events, and may require extended hours to meet project deadlines and operational demands, ensuring both individual flexibility and collective efficiency.
