Role Overview
We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team remotely. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining a strong intern team while contributing to various HR functions. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, HR management, and team-building in a dynamic startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Create and post job ads on LinkedIn and other job boards to attract top talent.
- Candidate Screening: Evaluate applications, conduct initial interviews, and manage candidate pipelines.
- Onboarding & Training: Facilitate onboarding processes for new team members, ensuring a smooth transition and clear communication.
- HR Management: Assist in implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management.
- Team Engagement: Help create an inclusive and motivated workplace culture through effective communication and organizational initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Familiarity with HR management, recruitment, and onboarding processes.
- Interest in the tech industry and social media.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
