Do you want a hands-on role with a global impact on human rights? Is the combination of expertise in human resources or human rights, together with the ability to turn strategy into action your cup of tea? We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Human Rights Operational Lead based at our head office in Gothenburg, who is not only a strategist but also an executor ready to travel and directly support our markets in the HRDD process.
Your role in our team
This is a completely new role and as the Human Rights Operational Lead at Lindex, you will support our commitment to human rights across all own operations globally. You will make sure to implement Lindex human rights due diligence process throughout own operations. This hands-on role requires you to actively drive the implementation of our HRDD process, traveling to various markets to provide direct support and implementation guidance. You will work closely with our Strategy Lead for Human rights, HR representatives and other stakeholders to manage CSRD reporting and identify developmental opportunities.
In your role you will develop and execute strategic human rights initiatives, ensuring their seamless integration into our operations, and represent Lindex in external dialogues. You will collaborate with many different teams, applying your expertise to strengthen a culture that embodies our values and dedication to human rights.

You are a self-motivated individual with a solid background in human resources and/ or human rights, you are an expert in your field but also possess to the ability to turn strategy into action. Your analytical and structured approach will be essential in setting objectives, prioritizing tasks, and achieving results that align with Lindex’s higher purpose and our commitment to future generations.
You will work in a vibrant environment where growth, learning, and cross-functional collaboration are encouraged. As a self-leader, you will proactively enhance your skills, and leverage digital tools and solutions. Your excellent networking abilities will make you a trusted advisor, guiding the best practices for implementing our Human Rights due diligence. Also this probably sounds like you:
- A university degree in human rights, social science, human resources, business management/administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in human resources or human rights, with a comprehensive understanding of global labour laws.
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated experience in leading people and projects within a multifaceted global organisation.
- Documented project management prowess and a track record of engaging diverse stakeholders.
- Meritorious: work experience from implementing due diligence in a global company
