Assignment description:
As the first point of contact, this position is crucial in delivering top-notch service and support to our employees and candidates. The chosen candidate will empower the People & Culture Team through streamlined administrative and HRIS support, ensuring accurate data management and adherence to corporate policies. Act as primary, trustworthy point of contact for employees and managers, addressing HR procedures, systems, and tools. Oversee comprehensive People administration, emphasizing compliance and efficient processes, while also ensuring the smooth execution of end-to-end people and payroll processes. Work with a diverse range of stakeholders at different levels within the organization and manage various day-to-day administative tasks within the entire HR-field.
Skill requirements:
Proven experience in payroll and HR processes.
A result-oriented, self-starting attitude with a knack for digital HR solutions.
Fluency in English and Swedish.
Preferably, experience in a fast-paced, industrial setting
Proven experience working with the HRM system SucessFactors
Proven experience working with case management system Service Now
