As we continue to expand our footprint in the European market, we are looking for a dynamic and strategic Sales Head to lead our Sales and Business Development efforts across Europe.

Role Overview: As the Sales Head for Wipro Hydraulics, Europe, you will be instrumental in strengthening our market positioning, expanding into new product segments, and growing our market share across Europe. This role demands a visionary leader who can drive growth through strategic partnerships, innovative sales strategies, and robust customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development:
  • Lead and manage sales and business development initiatives across Europe.
  • Develop and execute strategies to enter new product segments and markets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and key accounts.
  • Strengthen and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Strategic Leadership:
  • Collaborate with Global Key Account Management (KAM) and Center of Excellence (COE) leaders to implement the global accounts and product strategy.
  • Align regional sales strategies with global objectives to ensure cohesive market penetration and growth.
  • Market Intelligence:
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team to inform product development and strategic decisions.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Track sales performance metrics and generate regular reports.
  • Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and business development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the hydraulics or related industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of the European market, with established industry networks.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a diverse team across multiple locations.

This position is ideally based in one of our locations in Sweden, either Skellefteå or Östersund. A home office solution close to an international airport is also possible.
