We are in search of an experienced and strategic French speaking Head of SEO to lead our SEO efforts and drive organic growth. As the Head of SEO, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies, managing a team, and ensuring the continuous optimization of our digital assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective and ethical SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of one SEO specialist and interns to achieve performance goals.
• Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with content creators, developers, and other teams to implement on-page and off-page SEO best practices.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure the company’s SEO strategy remains cutting-edge.

Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to demonstrate the effectiveness of SEO initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an SEO Manager or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
• Experience with SEO tools and analytics platforms.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
