ABOUT THE ROLE

As Head of Sales, Sweden your primary job is to lead and manage a team of Sales professionals. As a high performer with a noticeable track record, your role is to define, articulate, and implement the Sales Strategy for Sweden in accordance with the Regional (North Europe) and Global Sales Strategies of the company for its products and services. Additionally, the Head of Sales acts as a local Country Manager for all Kempower employees in the territory being responsible for the administrative and team-building activities.

As a Sales professional, you will have qualifications such as:

  • Strategy knowledge: Apply the global and regional strategies to Sweden’s market’s specified activities. You also will need to help your team to focus on the essential targets defined in the company strategy and policies.
  • Speech skills: As a leader, you will be the main representative of the company and will, from time to time, speak at events or in interviews with various media.
  • Problem solver: your daily activities will be based significantly on finding ways to facilitate and help solve multiple types of problems. You need to be able to identify the source and find the appropriate ways to help your team find suitable solutions.
  • Ability to establish a solid network within the company to ensure that you have a solid understanding of our processes, roles, and responsibilities.
  • Support your team members in final negotiations with key customers and partners.
  • Participate in Sales and Account Management activities.
  • Follow up closely your market’s legislation, trends, and needs and ensure Kempower Sweden is constantly aligned with these.
  • Reporting: Monthly sessions to report on ongoing activities.

As a team leader you

  • Lead and manage the team efficiently, with empathy and determination.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage the team effectively.
  • Have strong social skills, want to offer support, and help to develop the potential of the team members.
  • Discuss and assess the Team’s needs.
  • Organize and handle administrative tasks related to the local premises and other local needs.
  • Transmit and share the Company Culture with all team members and other employees based in Sweden.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

  • 5+ years’ working experience in at least one of the following areas: Sales, Business Development.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business management, Economics or Engineering is a strong advantage.
  • Solid Sales experience and proven track record.
  • Significant experience with EV charging and/or electromobility.
  • Experience in leading diverse teams is a strong advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Customer-oriented mindset and independent working skills.
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude.

As our official company language is English, we expect you to have good English skills. Swedish language skills are also required.
