The Financial Crime Prevention (FCP) function is accelerating the deployment of advanced financial crime prevention capabilities to meet regulatory expectations continuously and to become a leader in fighting financial crime.
The Group AML Office within Financial Crime Prevention is now looking for a Head of Project Management to join our team.
About the job
Within Group AML Office we have a team of great project managers and business analysts driving projects within the AML Office scope as well as supporting other FCP areas when needed in the wider FCP transformation journey.
In the role as, Head of Project Management, you will be managing and building a team of project managers and business analysts located in Sweden, Riga, and Warsaw. You will be part of the Group AML Office management team.
As a Head of Project Management, your responsibilities will be, but not limited to:
- Build a competence and resource hub within FCP to support prioritized initiatives with skilled analytical and project management resources and best practices,
- Ensure that we have an efficient management and execution of our project portfolio,
- Work together with colleagues within the AML Office and wider FCP to establish a process to plan and prioritize resources for projects,
- Develop your team in SEB project management methodology together with the wider project management community within SEB,
- Support the team to execute projects on time and quality,
– Ensure that we follow the risk management processes that are linked to development projects – NPAC etc.,
- Contribute to roadmap do ability discussions from a resource planning perspective.
Who are you?
- You have good knowledge and experience of how projects are managed,
- You are an experienced manager with excellent people skills and can manage a team across geography,
- You have experience in driving a development agenda,
- You have a strategic mindset and a pragmatic approach to solving issues,
- You have very good interpersonal skills and build strong relationships with stakeholders,
- You are interested in providing a high level of service and you are a true team player with a strong capability of prioritizing the daily work in a structured manner,
- You have a wide network within the bank or a great interest in creating one.
