The industry of Banking is changing rapidly with large transformations in the payment & liquidity infrastructure. This will benefit our clients as we modernize our Cash Management engine to leverage on these market changes. As this will be a long transformation journey it will be key that we stepwise develop our Cash Management product and service offering toward our different client segments. As such, we are currently looking for a Head of CM Commercialization within Cash Management, as part of Corporate Banking within our Large Corporates & Financial Institutions division.
About the job
As Head of CM Commercialization, you will play a central role by defining the product strategy and product plans including business requirements for our existing and future offering. As such some of your responsibilities will include:
- Combine our strategic agenda and commercial aspects: Our ambition is to streamline, simplify and future proof our product offering, at the same as we stay relevant to our clients
- Ensure client feedback as a key factor in our Change/Development agenda
- Understand the specific needs of our different client segments and specify the requirements for prioritization in the relevant domains
- Ensure best in class CM RfP support by utilizing the Qvidian tool and ensuring recurring client feedback loops
- Make sure SEB is perceived as in the forefront of development and take lead on our exploratory work in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders
- Pricing and Product planning processes and frameworks (including the Client Services concept ownership and placing requirements on Billing)

Who we are looking for
We are looking for a highly driven individual with strong interpersonal skills and in-depth knowledge of the payments and cash management market. You have a strategic mindset, structured approach, and good understanding of development needs related to payment & liquidity processes for all customer segments. We also expect you to have hands on experience from working with the development of advanced cash management and payment solutions. An advantage would also be to have experience from the users of Integration channels e.g. Corporate Accounting or Finance departments or Corporate Treasuries.
