As part of this adventure, we’re seeking a graphic designer to join our marketing team and work closely with not only the marketing department but also the home and fashion departments. You’re someone who is eager to work with a strong heritage brand and contribute to our digital and overall evolution by elevating our graphic design.

About the position

As a Graphic Designer in the Marketing team, you’ll become the brand’s primary visual storyteller, crafting visuals that inspire, engage, and convert across all brand channels—email, social, web, retail, wholesale, OOH, events etc. You’ll be creating for both print, digital media and product ensuring the best-in-class execution of assets to support the brand strategy.

Collaboration with the Marketing and Production team is crucial, aligning creative efforts to translate the big ideas of each season into compelling stories for various campaigns, collections and channels.

Areas of responsibility

  • Conceptualize and execute campaigns covering full 360 content (print & digital).
  • Translate business and marketing objectives into designs that are user-friendly, clear, compelling, visually exciting and emotionally engaging.
  • Design for social, paid media, newsletters, and print materials.
  • Create high-quality visual assets aligning with our target audience and high visual standards.
  • Develop seasonal sales materials, including both print and digital assets like printed assortment lookbooks, digital lookbooks and presentations.
  • Design and ideate templates for emails and social campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Brand & Communication Manager for beautifully curated email concepts.
  • Design paid and organic social posts.
  • Create POS materials (posters, table talkers, window vinyls, etc.).
  • Work with the fashion and home departments to create all over prints, placement prints and graphics for a variety of garments and products
  • Develop creative, functional and cost-effective packaging designs for our products. As a designer, you will work to create eye-catching packaging designs that resonate with our target market and comply with various regulations.
  • Evaluating market trends and analyzing various designs.

You’ll be creating for both print and digital media, ensuring the best-in-class execution of assets to support the brand strategy, both for marketing and product.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of graphic design experience, preferably in a fashion or interior brand, with a strong focus on branding.
  • Strong conceptual, strategic thinking and design skills with a hands-on mentality.
  • Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects, and Premiere.
  • Experience in video editing and animation.
  • Strong interest in social content.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of creative best practices for relevant digital formats.
  • Well informed in current graphic, art, fashion, typography, digital design, and home interior trends through market research to keep ahead of consumer needs.
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to multitask, and prioritize as needed.

This is a permanent, full-time position. We offer a flexible working environment with the possibility to work from home two days per week. Your primary base will be at Lexington’s vibrant and inspiring headquarters on Sankt Eriksgatan in Fridhemsplan.
