This Position Responsibilities Includes

  • Strategic global account development & Management
  • Develop and build strong relationships with our key accounts globally.
  • Responsibility for the key account budget and development
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all key account management matters
  • Coordinate our global sales organization supporting your customers and manage the global opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Liaising with our factories for close cooperation
  • Designing and configuring motors, generators, and frequency converters
  • Serve as escalation level and manage customer escalations when needed.
  • Reports to Head of Sales Nordics

Desired Qualifications In One Or More Of The Following

  • Proven record of sales growth, specifically, new business development.
  • Strong presentation & negotiation skills, experience of presenting at C level
  • Excellent written & spoken English, outstanding communication & interpersonal skills, and a natural ability to work as part of a team as well as be a team leader.
  • Higher education in electrical engineering
  • Familiarity with rotating machinery
  • Knowledge of frequency converters
  • Understanding of power electronics

The ability to switch between working independently and in teams, combined with social skills and the ability to communicate, are part of your profile. You are structured, good at planning, and bring a customer- and service-oriented mindset. Staying up to date on the development of technology is your daily routine. We expect you to be fluent in English and preferably Swedish.

The Global Account Manager plays a vital role in supporting our most valuable customers and partners, identifying new business opportunities, and executing established sales strategies to support corporate growth targets. The position will be located in one of the Nordics countries but will have a global reach. You will cover our complete portfolio from simple low-voltage fan/pump motors to intricate medium-voltage subsea drives. The products you deal with include electrical motors, generators, and medium-voltage frequency converters. You will also be handling various tasks, from addressing new, large, and complex drive applications to managing spare parts and upgrades for installed equipment. What we offer you?
