Job Description:

We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven Regional Commercial Manager to lead, direct and manage our organisation’s business activities and to develop and implement effective business strategies and programs. 

Your entrepreneurial spirit and vision in directing business functions will assist our organisation in maintaining relationships with clients, generating new business, increasing staff productivity, improving service, ensuring sustainability, and meeting business objectives.

Inspirational leadership is imperative to motivate the team in delivering our company targets and reaching KPI’s in all department; Sales, Support and Technical teams

The in-country team is still to be recruited but will be supported by others including leaders across our global business, it is essential to have good communication skills and be able to articulate solutions as well as liaising with other teams.

You will need to grow a highly functioning team and expand in the region

Key Responsibilities: 

Duties include:

  • Achieve growth by meeting company and sales revenue targets through both individual contribution and management of the sales team
  • Oversee daily business operations
  • Work with existing management team to ensure customer success
  • Recruit new employees; build and motivate the team.
  • Evaluate performance and productivity with the management team
  • Analyse accounting and financial data including P&L
  • Lead sales generation & growth
  • Nurture and build relationships with key accounts and suppliers/potential suppliers
  • Develop and implement marketing & growth strategies
  • Work with the marketing team to organise and lead exhibitions to ensure success
  • Identify customer needs and requirements within the application for product roadmap
  • Liaise with development teams to bring customer visions to market
  • Generate reports and deliver performance presentations
  • Key Requirements: 

  • In-depth knowledge & experience as a General Manager, Commercial Manager, or similar executive role
  • Previous sales and operational experience is essential. Preferably in the SaaS, Cloud based application space
  • Knowledge of the rental market is preferable but not essential 
  • Knowledge of business process and functions (sales, marketing, finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
  • Proven ability to develop and achieve sales & financial plans
  • Outstanding organisational, leadership and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised & Strong work ethic
  • Meticulous attention to detail & Strong analytical abilities
  • Problem-solving aptitude
  • Adhere to company standards & Policies for excellence and quality
  • Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships
  • Provide guidance and feedback to help others strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas
