Your mission

There are great up-and-coming developers out there who share our love for deep, endlessly replayable experiences. Our mission is to find them, and share them with our players. You will be our eyes and ears in this quest.

As Game Scout you will be working with our New Games Team and assist the business developers in finding new games and studios, as well as doing market research and preparing business cases. You will be playing many demos and prototypes and have an instrumental role in our evaluation process. This is an entry-level position, ideal as your first or second job in the games industry.

The skills we’re searching for …

• A genuine passion and understanding of deep and complex games
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• A degree in business economics and/or law is considered a plus

As a Game Scout, your evaluations and insights will influence our decisions and it’s highly beneficial if you have an analytical perspective. We also value individuals who are self-driven and take initiative without step-by-step guidance. Scope: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Stockholm, Sweden
Reports to: EVP of Business Development
Remote status: Office-based, with weekly optional “Work from Home” days.
