  • Define safety architecture and mechanisms to fulfill Safety Goals, FSR, and TSR requirements.
  • Implement SOTIF in the best way for AD/ADAS development.

The Ideal Candidate

In order to succeed in this role, and at Polestar in general, there are a few characteristics you’ll need to have. Tenacity. Flexibility. Curiosity. The ability to take the initiative, to meet deadlines and requirements, and to adapt in an ever evolving organisation.

You have an innovative mindset, with the will to try new methods to identify solutions to problems. You are enthusiastic, with excellent organisation and communication skills to be able to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels on an international scale.

Qualifications

  • Years of experience in applying functional safety.
  • Experience in automotive system design and development.
  • Solid knowledge of functional safety standards, ISO 26262 and SOTIF.
