As a Customer Service Agent, you are expected to take care of Ford’s customers by listening, understanding and finding solutions to the customer’s questions by handling cases in different systems. We work systematically and carefully monitor our quality to develop and create value. Customer contact takes place through email, chat and telephone.
- Handle the customer’s questions about the car.
- Act and respond in a businesslike and professional manner to customer questions and complaints.
- Act communicatively between dealers and customers.
- Responsible for ensuring that the customer’s question gets a solution, from start to finish.
- Act proactively and work actively for added value for the customer.
- Responsible for ensuring that all data regarding the customer case is handled correctly in the systems.
Our ideal candidate will be a good problem solver, who likes to work in a structured and cross-functional team, but at the same time is independent in the tasks they take on. Since we also have dialogue with several different markets, it is important that you enjoy being a central contact person and are good at communicating both verbally and in writing. You need to have experience from service work with customer contact, administration and in similar support roles with a customer focus. We would like you to have experience in industries that have given you automotive knowledge. Knowledge of electric cars, hybrid cars and charging technology is a bonus. In this role, you are required to have a driver’s license and speak and write Finnish and English fluently. The position is a permanent position at MSX with a 6-month probation period. MSX has a collective agreement and offers wellness benefits. The service is available Monday – Saturday according to schedule. The hub’s opening hours are between 8am and 8pm and we offer home office according to the Hybrid model. The workplace premises are completely newly renovated and you sit in open landscapes together with your team colleagues. The office is located in Munkebäck, where there are both tram and bus connections.
