In the role as Nordic Financial Controller you will manage and secure financial processes with close connection to Accounting Shared Service Center in Poland. You will ensure compliance to regulations, accounting principles and standards. You will be the main contact for external auditors to ensure a smooth audit process and adherence to deadlines as well as be responsible for preparation of Annual Reports for the 4 Nordic countries. In this role you work closely together with the Business Controlling team, especially related working capital and cash flow.

Key Accountabilities

Overlook and monitor financial accounting in close connection with SSC Poland.

Financial consoli

on of Annual reports

Drive external audit process and preparation of documentation

Responsibility for VAT and income tax reporting for companies operated within SSC.

Responsibility to ensure a sufficient internal control environment

Business alignment within the Nordic countries regarding financial processes

Drive projects in order to increase efficiency or/and reduce costs

Super User in our Accounting System (SAP)

Full responsibility of working capital reporting, advance level of forecasting

Close collaboration and overlap of tasks with Business Controlling Team

Qualifications required

Relevant university degree in finance or equivalent

At least 3-5 years experience from controlling or audit

Experience in independently making financial reporting and prepare annual reports

Basic understanding of Nordic tax requirements

Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and standards within the accounting area and very good knowledge of other financial processes

Excellent in Office-products, high level in Excel. If you have worked in SAP its a plus but not mandatory

High level of business English, if you speak/understand Nordic language it is a bonus but not mandatory

Very good structural ability and ability to plan and organize work effectively

Proactive and independent with the habit to continuously work on improvements to financial processes

As a person you have good communication skills and can easily to communicate both internally and externally

The position is a full-time permanent employment with a 6-month probationary, starting as soon as possible or by agreement. Tefal OBH Nordica Group offer the opportunity for its employees to work at home 2 days/ week and has several generous benefits. The HQ is located in central Sundbyberg.
