About the job As our new Account Manager, you will be part of a large market to cover and expand. You will handle an agreed number of Key Customers spread out in Sweden and some in Norway and Finland where there will be a need to grow and expand. Some of your main tasks will be: * Drive the business by nurturing and selling to Key Customers – mixing between being with customers and working from either the office or from home. * Support and advise our customers technically. Proactively work with your sales planning in a structured and consistent manner. * Handle complex quotes and handover to Customer Support for execution. * Drive leads assigned and find leads to drive via our CRM System. * Be technical independent in specific Alfa Laval products to effectively drive business growth. * Follow up on quotes in CRM and making sure that opportunities are updated making the pipeline for business. Who you are You are recognized as a proactive and self-driven salesperson who excels in environments of high trust, can work independently, and willingly takes on additional responsibilities. You are willing to be on the road and be active with customers in Sweden, Norway and Finland. You have a digital mindset where you are used to working with systems and processes but also a technical interest. What you know While your educational background is of secondary importance to us, we do expect you to have at least a technical interest and have 2 – 5 years of sales experience, preferably within service is an advantage. We expect you are used to driving a set number of customers within multiple different products. Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English both spoken and written is a prerequisite for this position. Another Scandinavian language would be a plus. Travel activity will be around 50 – 70 days per year and you can work from your home office or from our office in Lund. What’s in It for You?
