• Responsibility for coordinating and driving FläktGroup’s global and local ESG / sustainability tasks and reporting activities
• Role where you drive FläktGroup’s annual Sustainability Report creation and publishing together with other Group functions
• Direct exposure to Executive level, supporting the global Executive Team with defining and implementing FläktGroup’s ESG strategy

Your profile:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study; complementary degrees or qualifications in Sustainability / ESG are an asset
• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant professional experience working with ESG and sustainability topics
• ‘Can-do’ attitude: proactive and capable of taking ownership of tasks and getting them done with high degree of independence
• Familiarity with ESG framework and regulation (e.g. CSRD, TCFD), and strong interest in sustainability topics in general
• Strong English language and communication skills, other language skills are an asset
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills
