We are now looking to hire an Employer Branding Partner, for a temporary position of 11 months, to enhance Etraveli Group’s attractiveness as an employer, develop and maintain the employer brand, ensure that Etraveli Group addresses relevant themes for both current employees and the job market, and consistently attract and retain the right talent.
As a member of the COE Talent, Culture & Engagement, the position holder will ensure consistency in our messages and approaches across all locations by working closely with country HR organizations. They will assist in local efforts and design global campaigns and events to be executed locally.
As an Employer Branding Partner, you will serve as the primary ambassador of our Employee Value Proposition and company values. You will continuously explore new methods to activate them internally and externally, enhance candidate and employee experiences, and contribute ideas for initiatives that increase employee advocacy.
About the role
Requirements
We believe that you are an experienced Employer Branding professional, with previous experience in a similar role. You have worked with both setting employer branding strategies as well as with the execution. You are used to stakeholder management, and you are a team-oriented collaborator.
