Process Business Area is one of the three business areas within Roima and contributes to almost one third of Roima’s revenue. As our growth story continues, we are looking for a Digital Transformation Specialist with following responsibilities and requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Advisor to organizations to implement digital transformation technologies and strategies to improve their operations, challenge existing practices (if & when necessary), enhance customer experience and increase profitability.
  • Develop a future proof digital strategy that aligns with the organization’s business drive, objectives & goals.
  • Assist in the development of business cases for new digital transformation projects.
  • Manage the change process to ensure successful transition to new or updated digital environment.
  • Being a customer facing role, you are expected to advise customers and optimize business of his/her area of responsibility.
  • Assess an organization’s existing tech stack and processes to identify areas that need improvements.
  • Utmost focus shall be on customer satisfaction, delivery excellence in collaboration with Roima Delivery Centre of Excellence practices, quality, project performance, reporting and commercial awareness (risk management, costing, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting).

We expect you to have:

  • Education and/or experience from industrial digitalization initiatives and are familiar with systems such as IBP, APS, MES, SCADA, or PLC/DCS.
  • To be structured, open-minded, communicative and engage on a regular basis with multiple people from team, sales, management, customer and/or sub-contractors and work closely with resource planners.
  • Attention to details and strategic planning capabilities.
  • A person with Business acumen, Analytical thinking, Adaptability and Leadership skills shall be preferred.
  • Experience of defining and leading projects and/or digitalization initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
  • You are a true team-player with strong communication skills.
  • You are interested in complex problem-solving and working together with clients.
  • You are curious, a fast learner, and eager to learn.
  • Previous experience of working with AVEVA products shall be a plus.
  • Ability to travel frequently and from time to time work at customer sites. Flexibility is key in this role. This aspect of the role offers the opportunity to interact directly with our clients, helping to foster strong relationships and ensure excellent customer service.
  • You are fluent in Swedish and English.

Having a background from working with production related IT in combination with consulting within the manufacturing – or process industry will give you an even better starting position to your future success with Roima.

At Roima, you can work at the Roima office of your choice. This position is based in Sweden (preferably Västerås or Linköping) and Roima uses a hybrid model, thus enabling also partial remote work.
