As Leya is growing fast, we’re looking for an exceptional Data Analyst / Media Buyer to join our team.

We are looking for someone who will be the central person to own media buying, and mainly marketing but also, some product data at Leya. You will lead and base our and your decisions on insights from complex marketing and growth data; you will experiment with media buying on Meta and TikTok; and provide our creative team with actionable insights.

But we must warn you- it will be difficult. You will struggle but learn a lot through your wins and, of course, mistakes. For now, Leya is small, so you will have to move fast, adapt, and try new things every week if not day. You will grow yourself as a person and Leya as a company, eventually transitioning into a more strategic leading position. As we have big ambitions of becoming the best personalized coaching application, you will co-create all of this.

    The Role

    As a Data Analyst/Media Buyer, you will ensure that we always put our current and potential users in the front seat, and that we base our main growth, marketing, and product decisions on meaningful data and actionable insights.

    You will be a part of a small team where rapid experimentation is a part of our everyday life:

    • You will own Meta ad spending decisions and optimize our campaign budgets

    • You will run weekly media buying experiments on Meta based on hypotheses identified through data

    • You will set up dashboards to visually represent past performance of ads (and sometimes product)

    • You will own data-driven growth and media buying experiments from start to finish: from developing ideas/hypotheses and setting up the experiments, to analyzing their results

    • Support our team with ad-hoc financial/operational tasks

    Your data-driven suggestions and dashboards will be the foundational pillar of our iterative growth and product processes. A large part of your work will be centered around hands-on work with data from media buying, marketing, and product activities. You will continuously test initiatives, execute ideas, and analyze the experiments to find what drives growth for our users and the company.

    ualifications:

    • Your passion is seeing, dealing with, and understanding large volumes of complex marketing/growth/product data. You have experience with this and are comfortable doing it

    • 1+ years of experience in a data analyst position is ideal

    • You have a basic understanding of statistics and A/B testing frameworks

    • Experience setting up dashboards with clear examples of decisions made based on these dashboards

    • SQL and Excel/Google Sheets skills


    Advantages:
